Creating a home is a beautiful process!
The home is the domestic church; where we live out the vocations God has set before us, creating a space built atop sacrificial love, adorned with belonging & intimacy within the family - and with God.
When it comes to the working on the house (what some may call "interior design" or decorating) we must keep Jesus at the center of our process. The work He sets before us, our vocations, is our best guide in the process. There is much that the world of interior design can offer, but much that is antagonistic to family life and a God-centered life. My work here is to help you understand just how much you already know, how well-prepared you already are, and how important your home really is - for you and the next generation!
the problem
THE MARKETPLACE
HAS MADE IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE
Interior design as a discipline, and industry, does not recognize your vocation. The trinity of interior design is material, market and exterior affirmation. It does not address real family life, or recognize the true purpose of the home, because it is entirely secular. For so many women, it's become an oppressive force that has eroded confidence and drawn focus away from the family. The answer is to reinforce the true purpose of the home, and to draw from our vocation, as our primary guide, the answers in how we improve or make changes to the home.
your solution
God, Family, Vocation
Nothing I hate more than the expression "family friendly." Most of us are in our homes, entirely as a result of having a family. The idea that we now want the home to be friendly to the family, is ridiculous. We want to make a home that upholds beauty, truth & goodness but clearly recognizes, and helps us deeply love and rejoice in our families.

about paige
I'm a wife, mother, author, and educator on all things home. The home is a teaching place, a healing place, and a gathering place for our family - and I believe it's a very powerful tool in our journey with God. The world wants us to think the house is on display for material worth - the house is a powerful tool that enables us to live, love, and serve each other, and through this lens, we can create beauty in a totally different and personal way.

I got my start and really developed some of my fundamental house ideas working on a show on HGTV called "Hidden Potential" for 5 seasons. I have also written two books on the home, called, "Love the House You're In: 40 Ways to Improve Your House & Change Your Life" and "Revived & Renovated: Real Life Conversations on the Intersection of Home, Faith & Everything in Between."
let's get started
STEP 1
Understand how the marketplace and design media have undermined your confidence
STEP 2
Get clear on your personal story, objectives and the purpose of the home
STEP 3
Leverage design tools and implement your faith to create a home that serves your family
